For emergency maintenance requests, please contact the 24-hour emergency maintenance line at 1-877-856-6758. Please call 911 for life threatening, dangerous, or criminal situations.

Emergency maintenance issues include:

• sewer backed up

• no water

• flooding in your apartment or on the property

• air conditioner is not cooling and the outside temperature is greater than 80 degrees

• lack of heat, if the outside temperature is below 50 degrees

• fire or smoke damage

• refrigerator that does not work

• any gas smell

• no hot water

• non-working smoke detector
